The meeting was called to order by our VP Gary Baergen at 3:00 pm

The treasure report wasn’t read but we all know its OK, thanks to Patsy.

Chef George is back, a big ole thanks for your good food.

Myrtle was at the meeting looking very pretty. We are so glad your back Myrtle.

Dan Palmer passed away may 4, 2010. Some of you members didn’t know who Dan was, he joined the club in November 1990. For the past few years he wasn’t able to come to any of the meetings but he received a newsletter every month and his wife said he looked forward to that newsletter. She said he loved coming to the meetings when he was able. He will be missed.

The Leake Auction has come and gone. Gary Baergen, John Penner, Gary Cotner, Terry Simpson and I don’t know for sure but Ray Addington may have worked also. Thanks to you guys for working.

Pete Hurt called me to thank the club for making him a life time member. He had surgery and is feeling good. Come to one of our meetings Pete and Leta.

Some of the members ate breakfast at The Crescent Café’ on May 2, 2010.

Talked about putting the picnic off until later in the season.

A speaker system has been reserved for the Chili Festival.

Meeting adjourned at 3:50pm, Rex Buzan made the motion and Wes Sweger seconded.
